How is pricing confirmed?+
We confirm your Website Development price and selected care plan before work begins. Your proposal explains the pages, features, review points, and support included, along with any paid third-party tools or domain registration costs.
What does unlimited mean with Scale Care?+
Scale Care includes unlimited ScaleBeacon-built content changes, new pages, supported features, and supported integrations. Third-party subscriptions, licenses, usage charges, and transaction fees remain your responsibility.
What updates come with Portfolio Care?+
Portfolio Care includes four done-for-you content updates each year for related text, image, work-sample, article, video, biography, résumé, or link changes. Corrections to genuine ScaleBeacon mistakes, such as typos or broken links, do not use an update.
How do I get started?+
Complete the Smart Website Questionnaire. We will review your work, business, and goals, then confirm your website and care plan with you. Sending a questionnaire is an inquiry, not a purchase or subscription.
Will I need a client account?+
Client account activation is part of onboarding after you approve the work. You receive an invitation and choose your own password. Your client portal is where you follow your website project and manage requests. The questionnaire does not create an account, connect analytics, or start billing.
Does Website Intelligence work without analytics?+
We can review your website and goals before analytics are connected. Visitor reports and customer-action measurements need appropriate account access, tracking, and available data. Your recommendations reflect the information we can actually see.
